Which countries do you ship to and what is the delivery time?

Orders will be dispatched within 3-4 business days and will be shipped insured with DHL. The countries we ship to and delivery times are available at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, please send us an email for a quote: info@rubyatelier.com

What happens if anything breaks during shipment?

All shipments are insured, so in the unfortunate event that your item breaks during shipment, you will get a full refund within 5-10 business days.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
All payments are processed through Stripe on a secure connection.

Do you have a physical shop?

We do not have a physical shop, but a showroom which can be visited by appointment only. If you wish to schedule an appointment, contact us on info@rubyatelier.com

Do I have to pay import taxes?

All items are shipped from Copenhagen Denmark. If you live outside the EU, import taxes will apply to your order and will be paid for separately at the customs of the delivery country.

Does your lamps work outside EU?

All our lamps are rewired with a plug for EU countries. If you live outside the EU, we suggest using an adapter or have the plug replaced by a local electrician.
